Im gonna go with cap for several reasons.
- He has superhuman strength and agility
- has an indestructable sheild which is unstoppable towards deathstrokes sword and guns
- is a match to batman when it comes to hand to hand combat
- has dealt with several assasins in his past and has won. some of them even with superpower's.
- has beaten iron man in a fight
