Black Panther is an excellent fighter, but Captain America is the best. His indestructable shield gives him an advantage over alot of other fighters, and he is a great battle strategist.

I would agree that Cap has the experience to win but don't count out BB, but I'm voting for the Black Panther

T'Challa has some weapons of his own but against Cap and his experience and shield I can't see him over coming him although it would be the best fight Cap has had in a while.

This would be a really heavy fight. Black Panther is also at the peak of what a human can reach plus he has really acute senses and agility and knows lots of martial arts and he has the claws. Then Cap has the shield an is also at the peak of what a human can reach.
Black Panther would rather fight in the dark or at least in the woods cause he can always track were Cap is with his senses.
Cap probably knows this and will try to force him to fight in midday on an open field cause thats the spot where Black Panther is vulnerable, though he would probably still get a good hit with his claws.
But dont forget that Black Panther is a genius and has a Vibranium suit so he could still take a few hits without going down and he can dodge most of the attacks from Cap.
Cap has the shield and that is his biggest advantage, but when he loses it he would be really vulnerable.
So who would win? I think I gotta go with Black Panther here. He will probably lose in an open field but he is so smart he might be able to confront Cap in the darkness or in the woods. And in an open field he still does some damage more then Cap can do to him in the night.
Black Panther wins but just with a small advantage.

I gotta disagree with you there schnitzelmic even without his shield he is still Captain America. It would force him to use more agility and martial arts training instead of just blocking with that shield is all. But I think Cap still beats Panther although Panther is no slouch either.

and once again i'd cross reference their abilities and BP won 4/12 whereas Cap won 1/12 but they draw at 7/12

I still think Cap has a slight edge on T'Challa here. Although BP is a very good character. Cap is far more experienced.

i was wrong about caps strength.cap can only lift 800 lbs. i have to say cap only due to his shield and experience

ummmmm arent you guys forgetting something? sure caps sheild is amde of vibranium, but wakanda is the ultimate source of vibranium on the planet. black panther has vibranium knives, claws, and even his suit is woven with vibranium. he could easily penatrate caps sheild because the only thing that can penetrate vibranium is. . . .well. . . . more vibranium. plus, black panther may not be as good a fighter as cap, but i can bet you he is way more agile. plus he is a lot more stealthy. cap probably wouldnt be able to see where black panther went. so my vote is black panther.
