What books would you recommend? State reasons why.

Chronicle of Ancient Darkness, because the story seems so real and vivid, that it draws me in, wanting to know more of this strange Conan the Barbarian meets BeastMaster type world.

Do you know who the author of that book is? It has a pretty cool title. The Dark Elf trilogy by R.A. Salvatore is, in my opinion, the greatest book that I've ever read. Salvatore is one of fantasy's greatest writers ever, writting stories such as the Clone Wars, Episode II. And his character in this story, the dark elf Drizzt Do'Urden, is one of the greatest heroes ever created. He is born in drow society. Dark evil elves that live beneath the surface world. And somehow he manages to be a very just and good being. These Dungeons & Dragons novels draw me in a little bit more than the average reader because I play D&D. So I am familiar with alot of things they talk about, like monsters and such.

Awesome. I'll try and look for that book. I still haven't read all the books I own yet though.

I have to warn you though. The book I recommend is not an adult novel, but for children to older teens.

I like more adult oriented nuts, but I'm a pretty open-minded person.

Somebody read What Happened To Lani Garver! I can't believe how awesome it is! It deals with teenagers, life, cancer, rock music, and the possibilities of angels on earth. The ending of the book made me want to know more, and at the same time, it made me feel as though I shouldn't. Anyways, this book is so cool, and Rogue, I recommend this book to you.

Some pretty good books are Pillars of the Earth and World Without End by Ken Follet. They are set back in medieval England, and the first on deals with the construction of a cathedral. The second one is about a war with France and the Black Death. They are pretty graphic, and are close to a thousand pages, each. (Pillars-964, World-1027)
